Our authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitu coaches will teach you the principals of self-defence as well as how to practice the art efficiently to be successful in your training. The Gentle Art academy offers classes for both adults and kids for BJJ.

In our No Gi classes you will learn the dynamic movements to be successful in one of the fastest and most exciting variations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Our Olympic Wrestling coach will teach you how to use the explosive takedowns and powerful pins to supplement your grappling training.
We are the only Suples Experience Centre in SE.Asia to have official Suples Pro Instructors to provide you authentic Suples Bulgarian Bag training. This program is used by the US and Bulgarian Olympic wrestling teams to build strength and endurance.

What we liked about The Gentle Art was that the curriculum focused on character building, problem solving, and self-defense.
